Purpose is a smart guy, maybe a little too smart for his age. He likes to read up big tech books, fix up gadgets and guess what, construct them too. Now he’s really learning to be a detective.

With an intelligence that is hereditary, can he solve a mysterious case involving his best friend, Chi, who is set up in a spooky crime she did not commit at school, and expose the person behind the mask?

Read this thriller that promises subsequent mesmerizing sequels.

I give it four stars because the author was able to glue his readers from start to finish… Yeah, he used some big words but that only made it better. A pleasurable ride laced with educative content is surely worth your attention.

I loved how he reflected the influence of an advanced society in a young boy’s life. Definitely worth your money and time (I got two copies for my boys) … the way, I sure liked the turn of events… Really waiting for the continuation of the book…

Your heart might pick up a pace as you’re taken on a journey into the adventurous life of this young boy.

It’s such a thrilling read that the time you turn the last page of the book, you’ll find yourself emailing the author to find out when the sequel will be out.

Need I add that I enjoyed this book? Okay, I don’t. Haha

Purpose, The Young Detective is a book any reader won’t want to miss having enough graphic descriptions that’ll reel you into a form of virtual reality. It’s thrilling with a dose of comic relief and of course educative. I must applaud the author for appeasing my imagination

  4. Ayodeji Adimula

In this book, the author accurately captures the character of an intelligent boy who is selfless and sacrificial. Following the events of Purpose’s life as a school boy, I am able to conclude that love and passion for truth are key characteristics which still exist in the younger generation and should be further encouraged. The author also brings to the fore his skills in articulating his thoughts properly, which in turns leaves the reader in total suspense, eager to know Purpose’s next moves, even in the next series that we hope to see and read. I’d recommend this book to students and parents because in it lies key lessons necessary for decent living.
